Support from unis during pandemic
Apr 2020What should my son's university be doing to support him during the pandemic?

Universities are doing what they can do adapt to the current situation and do what they think is best for their students. They should be communicating clearly with you at this time – if not through emails, they should have specific information on their websites about changes and plans. Universities will still be running their student support services, including wellbeing and mental health support, financial advice, international student support and more. Many universities have set up dedicated email and phone contacts that can support students during the pandemic.
