What is your course, and where are you studying?

BA (Hons) Interior Design at University Centre South Essex.

What course had you originally applied for & where?

I originally applied for the I applied for the BA (Hons) Interior Design course at University Centre South Essex, but as I was outside of the traditional application window I went through Clearing.

Why did you enter Clearing?

I was quite nervous when I applied and sat on going ahead with it for around two months. I ended up applying through Clearing as I was outside of the traditional application window.

What factors made you finally settle on the course you chose?

It’s something I knew I always wanted to do, I just needed to have faith in myself that I could do it. I also live locally so I didn’t need to worry about finding accommodation.

Did you attend a Clearing open day and, if so, how was it?

Have you enjoyed your course and time at uni?

I have really enjoyed my first year at university, at times it has been challenging but overall I am so pleased that I have chosen this path. I know that this is now a career I want to go into and feel that my teachers at university give me the courage to do so.
