With extensive input from professionals and the chance to work on authentic projects across a diverse range of sites, this course is designed to give you the full range of skills you’ll need for a career in architecture.Northumbria University is ranked 9th in Architecture in the UK (Guardian University League Tables 2020).You will cover the five themes of architectural design; communications, history and theory, technology and environment, and practice management and law. You'll have the opportunity to take part in a European field trip which will help you to assess historical and contemporary influences on architectural design. You'll complete two major projects, one rural and one urban in context, allowing you to develop a personal approach to architectural design.
